I’ve wanted to write a blog for some time, but the demands of bakery life (i.e., early starts, long days and next to no free time!) have gotten in the way.
However, I’m excited to announce that the What’s Baking? blog is finally up and running! Once a month, I’ll update you on the latest news and developments from Thames Ditton Bakery. You can expect information on new products, holiday opening times and special events, along with insights into our growing business. I also plan to share practical tips and recipes you can try at home, from how to revive a day-old baguette to quick and delicious ways to use up your leftover bread.
