We make our house bloomer six days a week. It’s a good all-rounder, with a soft crumb, a carmelised crust and a slight tang. We also make a range of daily specials, including:
Super seeded boomerang - inspired by our friends at Thames Ditton Boomerang Bags, we turn unsold bread into a porridge and add it to fresh dough. The result is a loaf with a moist crumb and toast-like flavour
100% wholemeal – made using 100% wholemeal flour, this brown bread has a silky crumb and a dark caramelised crust
Granary – a traditional English bread made with an oat soaker for moisture and malted grain flour for flavour. Have it with marmalade from Meath Preserves!
House brique – a Northern European-style bread made with wholemeal and rye. It has a very moist crumb and lasts for days!
Challah – soft, light, delicate and versatile. Try it in our Pastrami sandwich on Fridays!
Fougasse and focaccia – breads from the sun, perfect for tearing and sharing with the people you love
